Return Policy

Since we begin preparing your box shortly after your order is placed, all sales are final.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, regardless of shipment status.

You have full control over your subscription through your account dashboard. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.

Please note: Managing your subscription is the customer’s responsibility. If you no longer wish to be billed, you must pause or cancel the subscription directly from your account before the next billing cycle.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Custom-order or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Exchanges (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)

We do offer product exchanges in the event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must contact our customer service team at support@hwc-waifu.com
  • Within 7 days of purchase
  • Provide clear photo evidence of the damaged or incorrect product

If approved, a replacement of the same product will be included in your next shipment at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are limited to the same product only
  • We do not offer refunds or alternative products
  • Items reported after 7 days from purchase are not eligible for exchange

If the issue is caused by us (damaged or incorrect item), no additional shipping fees will be charged.
