When Do I Get Charged?
You pay for your first box right when you check out.
Double-check your total and any add-ons you picked — boxes start at $19.99
After that, all renewals happen on the 1st of every month.
When Does My Box Ship?
FIRST BOX
If you order between the 1st–7th, your first box ships on the 24th of the same month.
If you order after the 7th, your box ships at the end of that same month.
EVERY NEXT BOX
All future boxes ship on the 24th of each month.
IMPORTANT
You might see a renewal charge before your first box ships (for example, if you subscribed on the 28th).
Don’t panic — your box is coming!
Global shipping delays can happen, but every paid box will always be delivered.
Is it easy to cancel?
Super easy. You can cancel, pause, or change your subscription anytime directly from your account dashboard — no fees, no penalties, no hassle.
